Explore the wonderful world of stinging nettles. From gathering and preparing to cooking and storing; get confidant about using them in everyday recipes.
On the day we’ll make nettle pesto and cordial which you can take away as well as using YQ flour and farm fruit to make nettle cakes. A light lunch included (nettle and venison meatballs anyone?) but please feel free to bring extra food and snacks for yourself or to share. All materials included. Wear long sleeves and bring your own gloves.
