Osatara Mindful Retreat nestled in the centre of East Anglia is looking to offer an opportunity to explore the multiple paths one can take upon your journey into mysticism.
Many people are starting to realise just how special they are and we would like to invite you to come and hone your skills through demonstration of practice and knowledge exchange.
We are aiming to offer the chance to dip your ethereal toes into such things as, mind expanding yoga technics, breathwork ceremonies, building spiritual connection with familiars and building connection to past lives.
Yoga Session leader – Yoga with Yasmina (Yasmina Mulligan)
I first found yoga in 2023 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! Based in the San Francisco area, my intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
Just like playing an instrument, yoga teaches you to be present in the moment. I hope that my students experience the joy that this practice gives to me.

Hello – a little introduction of the face behind @suliko_sounds. My name is Leaa Botkoveli. I have been practising gong therapy for the past couple of years. Following in my mothers footsteps, sound healing has been around me my whole life – it’s in my blood!

The whole weekend will be fully catered by the culinary wizz, that is Henrietta. Hen’s beautiful cuisine and trademark artisnal bread, comes from crops and produce from the abundant Agroforestry.

Come for the day or stay over. Choose whether you would prefer to stay in a Wakelyns Ley Alley Pod, camp in the meadow, or go wild and pamper yourself at the Wakelyns farmhouse.

A day of grounding, creative activities aimed at reconnecting to nature (and yourself). Dream-weave, whilst basket making, explore colour therapy through mosaic and connect to earth with pottery. Crafts for children with Exploring Nature. Green crafts for the whole family.
