We dress and mill all our YQ population wheat here at Wakelyns. We do it in small batches – 100-150kg at a time, so that what gets used in our bakery or sold through Hodmedod’s is always super fresh. Think fresh ground coffee, rather than the stuff that’s been sat in a packet in the supermarket warehouse.
