Join Emma and Adam to make a Contemporary Hazel Handled Basket

During the course of this one day workshop, you will make and take home a wonderful and very useful basket featuring a hazel handle grown here at Wakelyns.

To make the basket in just one day, Emma and Adam will help by creating the base for you in advance. On the day, you will learn how to stake up and weave the sides of your basket. They will teach you form weaves, three and four rod weaves, paired weaving, randing, and an English rand.

Your resulting basket will make a good sided ‘shopper’ or foraging basket for you to treasure for years to come.
