Beyond here is Metfield Hall Farm.
Please don’t park your car in front of this field entrance – they need 24/7 access.
There is public right of way footpath coming diagonally from Metfield Lane across the field (look right from this sign).
The footpath then runs anti-clockwise around Wakelyns (to your left as you look at this sign) on the outside of our hedge and the ditch. That is the way to walk to Metfield. Sadly the short cut we used to have to join that path on the other (North) side of Wakelyns has now been closed off.
