Come to Wakelyns and create 3 beautiful, sustainable decorations for your festive season.
We’ll be making wreath frames and star frames, which we’ll decorate with materials we have foraged from the farm. As we craft, we’ll talk through some tree lore, take a peek at the Celtic Tree Wheel of the year and accompanying tree runes to add some magic to your work. Try your hand at pyrography to create some extra adornment.
For the final project of the day, we’ll weave a festive star, perfect for a tree topper.
The day starts at 10am and ends at 5pm.
Each course comes with tea, coffee, biscuits, cake and delicious lunch made by Henrietta in the Wakelyns Bakery.
A selection of wonderful festive treats from the Bakery is available on the day.
