The music is curated by SonicWave, who’ve been organising nights at The Cut in Halesworth, showcasing new music blending folk and world with a pinch of jazz and electronic. LASSIE Lassie are Camille Dávila (guitar) and Emily Winng (drums) – together they deliver quirky psychedelic-folk with lilting melodies, rich harmonies, and theatrical flair. Expect lyrics inspired by folklore and surreal storytelling with stomping, unhinged country rhythms and hypnotic, reverb-soaked ballads, all that channel the spirit of Talking Heads, The Roches and Syd Barrett.
