Learn to make an angel lantern with willow and lantern paper.
During this course, you’ll learn to make two types of Christmas angel for your home and garden.
In the morning we’ll create an angel lantern with willow and lantern paper. They look beautiful when lit with LEDs. Perfect indoors or out.
In the afternoon, weather permitting, we’ll visit the willow rows and coppice the materials for our living willow angels. This time, we’ll make a larger piece, which you can plant and grow. These angels make a great Christmas feature and can then be used as plant supports in the spring.
The day starts at 10am and ends at 5pm.
Each course comes with tea, coffee, biscuits, cake and delicious lunch made by Henrietta in the Wakelyns Bakery.
A selection of wonderful festive treats from the Bakery is available on the day.
Beautiful when lit up. Perfect indoors or out. After a delicious Wakelyns Bakery lunch, we’ll also show you how to make a living willow angel to plant at home.
