This is the Wakelyns Office Building. Some people call it the Training Building. For many it is still the “New Building”.

For some years the Organic Research Centre had its Wakelyns outpost here.

Now, the inner office is used by David & Amanda, while the main room is a communal space for meetings., craft, workshops, cinema, and more.

The main room has a full projection and sound system. Heating is underfloor heating from a ground source heating unit on the outside of the building, with the heat coils laid like a slinky under the field. We heat the building by cooling the soil.

It is available to hire.
