We have been delighted to welcome Henrietta Inman to Wakelyns. She is a baker, cook and well-known author of The Natural Baker and Clean Cakes.
Henrietta grew up in Suffolk. After ten years working as a chef, with seven years’ experience of professional kitchens in London, she’s returning to bake, cook, teach and preserve at Wakelyns, using our crops such as YQ and Q wheat, lentils, oats, seeds, nuts and the fruit from the farm as well as from local producers.
We’ll update you here on what she’s doing at Wakelyns over the next months (which will include providing lovely food for people attending our events and courses.
