Baking and cooking courses and events 2022

Field to Fork – Cooking with What’s Around Us, with RealVeg CSA on 25 June 2022 (10:00 am – 2:30 pm) – A collaborative course with our vegetable-growing super-sisters, Holly, Chloe and Rachel, AKA RealVeg CSA. Join us for a day outside in the alleys at Wakelyns, harvesting the food we have around us, cooking and eating together.

Wheat, Walk, Talk ‘n’ Bake on 9 July 2022 (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) – Does what it says on the tin! Come to see the wheat growing in the crop alleys before harvest, walk, talk and bake with us and our friends, farmer, Helen Holmes and plant researcher, Nick Fradgley.

We also provide food for other courses and events happening at Wakelyns, such as Butterfly Day, Tree Walks, Meading Making and more. We’re really looking forward to a Summer Solstice celebration with artist, Laurie Nouchka, soon too!
