We (Jo & Tim) are delighted to be amidst the wonderful world of Wakelyns and feel it’s a privilege to be part of such a groundbreaking project and inspirational team!

We both have an extensive background in volunteering for community based “not for profit” growing projects, predominantly for other CIC’s (Community Interest Companies) &  CBS’S (Community Benefit Societies).

Here at Wakelyns Veg, we are passionate about driving social and environmental change.

Our mission is to support and promote agroforestry as a cornerstone for progressive agricultural development in tackling biodiversity loss and climate change.

We aim to unite communities in growing healthy organic food within a sustainable agroforestry system, fostering food education in therapeutic green spaces.

We believe every community holds valuable skills and knowledge. By empowering everyone, including marginalised and isolated individuals, to share these, we aim to build positive connections across generations, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds, nurturing unity and resilience.
