Mycorrhizal Fungi

You are looking at the beautiful fruiting tree lines within Wakelyns Agroforestry but beneath the ground are Mycorrhizal Fungi. These are the communication network for trees but they also connect up with many other plant species. Why? Because the fungi trade nutrients and water for sugars. This is beneficial for our plants and a big reason why we are no dig. We don’t want to disturb this vital network and prohibit it from doing the amazing job that scientists are only just begining to understand.
