Join Wayside Pottery and The Woodland Haberdasher for an exciting workshop collaboration using materials gathered from the farm.
Learn the rudiments of processing raw earth into a useable material and then get experimenting with pre-prepared farm clay. Start with beads, and then move on to hand building your own pinch pots. Let your imagination run riot and make yourself some beautiful and unique pieces.
Find out what’s on the farm that’s good for cordage and ply your own beautiful strings of nettle, elm and lime, making twines ready to hang your beads on or wrap around the outside of your pots.
Items made on the day will be taken away and fired at Clare’s studio and then posted out to participants when ready. Cost includes all materials, postage, bacon roll lunch and homemade cake.
