DESCRIPTION:\nThe full day Wakelyns Bird Walks are designed for absolute be
 ginners to more experienced bird watchers with a focus on woodland &amp\; 
 garden birds. Even those that struggle to confidently separate Blue Tits f
 rom Great Tits will take a lot from this course. We'll spend the day walki
 ng around and exploring Wakelyns’ unique agroforestry areas\, discussing
  identification techniques which highlight bird behaviour\, shape\, plumag
 e\, songs and calls\, the key to enhancing learning experiences.\n\n\n\nEa
 ch day will start early\, to get the best of the birds\, with a lunch brea
 k.\nLunch is provided by Silva - seasonal tarts\, salads\, and delicious s
 weet treats. All made from scratch with menus inspired by Wakelyns produce
  and carefully chosen local ingredients from our favourite suppliers.\n\n\
 n\n£50 per person\, or £25 for people on low incomes - Morning coffee an
 d lunch included.\n\n\n\nThe course will involve a series of complementar
 y activities to ensure you become familiar with the identification and beh
 aviour of birds which are seen.  These will include:\n\n\n\n\nWatching bi
 rds from a distance in the various habitats\n\n\n\nViewing birds around Wa
 kelyns\n\n\n\nLearning the art of Field-craft\n\n\n\nLearning key visual c
 lues to help you identify species by sight\n\n\n\nLearning key songs and c
 alls to help you identify species by sound\n\n
