DESCRIPTION:Apple crumble. Apple cake. Apple pie... is there any baked appl
 e delight that we don't love? \n\nJoin us for a day of baking with the YQ 
 population wheat\, sown\, grown and harvested on the farm\, then freshly m
 illed and baked by you\, combining it with some of the 40 different apple 
 varieties grown on the farm.\n\nThe day will begin with the Wakelyns Baker
 y team. They will introduce you to the bakery's core values and how the ki
 tchen works in relationship with the farm and local food producers and the
  work that they are doing together to build a stronger\, more resilient\, 
 joyful and delicious localised and sustainable food system.\n\nAfter tea\,
  coffee and biscuits\, we'll walk the farm and see agroforestry in action.
  We will harvest apples and bring them back to the bakery to wash and prep
 are. From morning to afternoon with a lunch break - of course\, including 
 apples - we will then make wholegrain YQ cakes\, pies and crumbles with th
 e apples.\n\nWhat you will learn:\n\n 	an understanding of the agroforestr
 y system and its diversity\, resilience and productivity\n 	how to bake sw
 eet things with wholegrain flour\n 	how to adapt baking and cooking recipe
 s to the seasons\n 	interesting flavour combinations and the tastes and te
 xtures for creating your own apple baking recipes at home\n 	how to bake w
