Wakelyns Community Apple Day 2024

Saturday 28 September 2024 – 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

· Apple/Tree Walks – Wakelyns tree/apple experts Paul Jackson and Jim Cooper will show you round and share the joys of our apple and other trees with you

Bird/Nature Walks – Suffolk bird/nature expert Harry Read will guide you through identifying and enjoying some of the Wakelyns nature abundance

· Wakelyns bread, apple juice, preserves & more

· Wakelyns Bakery lunches & snacks

· Wakelyns Cider and Mulled Cider

· Apple face painting & games

· Crafts and willow weaving

· Apple juice pressing

All welcome. Admission free but registration essential!

Apple Day Guided Walks start at 10:30, 12.30 and 14:30 (lasting around 60 minutes each) are £5 per person, please book in advance as numbers are limited.
